In Washington, D.C., Courtney worked closely with the offices of Senator Ron Wyden and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell in drafting and negotiating the Hemp Farming Act of 2018 (S. 2667), the language included in the 2018 Farm Bill (the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018) federally legalizing hemp!
