Clarifies hemp and substances derived from hemp are included in the definition of commercial feed.
Provides authority for hemp and substances derived from hemp for use as commercial feed for pets, specialty pets, or horses upon enactment.
For other livestock, effectiveness contingent upon food and drug administration approval of hemp or any substance derived from hemp as an approved additive or defined ingredient in animal food or medicated feed for livestock.
