SB 6 establishes the Alaska Industrial Hemp Agricultural Pilot Program, provides for annual registration with the Division of Agriculture, establishes hemp as a traditional agricultural product (including cannabinoids), clarifies that hemp is not an adulterant, provides for crop remediation, and creates authority for research and establishment of isolation distances.
